1. Order Address Responsibility

Incorrect or incomplete addresses may result in delivery failure.
2. Recipient Availability
Please ensure that someone is available at the delivery address to receive the package. Delivery services may attempt delivery multiple times. If delivery attempts are unsuccessful, the package may be held at a local postal office for a limited period before being returned to the sender. Failure to collect the package within the designated timeframe may result in return of the order and additional shipping costs for reshipment.
3. Incorrect or Incomplete Address
We are not responsible for orders that cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer. If an order is returned for this reason, reshipment will require payment of a new shipping fee. Refunds are not issued for delivery failures caused by address errors.
