Return Policy
Dr. Groot offers a 30-day return policy. This means you have up to 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the product must be in the same condition as it was received: unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. Due to hygiene and safety standards, hair care and scalp treatment products that have been opened or used cannot be accepted for return. Proof of purchase is required for all return requests.
Return Process
To initiate a return, customers must request authorization through the store’s official support channel. Once the return is approved, detailed instructions will be provided regarding how and where to send the product. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must notify us promptly so the issue can be evaluated and resolved appropriately.
Non-Returnable Items
For health and hygiene reasons, opened or used hair care products are non-returnable. The following items are also not eligible for return:

Exchanges
The fastest way to receive a different product is to return the original item (if eligible). Once the return is approved, a new order can be placed separately.
European Union 30-Day Cooling-Off Period
For orders shipped to countries within the European Union, customers have the right to cancel or return their order within 30 days of receipt, for any reason. Products must remain unopened, unused, and in their original packaging, with proof of purchase.
Refunds
After the returned product is received and inspected, customers will be notified regarding the approval or rejection of the refund. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution.
